Print this image off if you can to show it to stores. If they force you to wear a mask, they are not using all CDC regulations and you can sue them. If they ask you which medical condition you have, that violates the HIPPAA law. (I'm a former HIPPAA officer.)
Just carry an inhaler with you and tell them you have asthma.
If they want to know your medical conditions, you, the patient, must sign off on a form explicitly letting them know they are allowed access to your medical records. By default, NO ONE is allowed access to your medical records except your doctor. Not even my wife can pick up my prescription for me if I can't drive, unless I sign a form with the pharmacy.
