What sense does it make to put timestamps all over the picture of a soon-to-be released video?

They might was well put timestamps up on a cheap picture from "Rainbow Factory" and claim that Rainbow Dash became a Republican and gassed all the fools in /fur/ and /a/ for /pone/.

While it is still in production it is handy if you can say 'at 01:03:27:13, there's X' rather then 'something about a minute in, i think, there's X', so they can go back to the precise frame and fix it rather then have to look around the video trying to find the frame they meant.
