This is the dumbest and most boring piece of "entertainment" I've watched in my life.

It will be perfect once its been properly edited fam. All episodes will be perfect! ALL OF THEM!!!

The friendship school in general was just kind of a bad idea.

I don't see the point of bringing highschool into FiM if EQG already caters to it, and the student characters don't really add all that much to the show. I know they're going to relevant in the finale, but it just doesn't seem all that relevant.

I suppose we'll see soon.

I thought that it was supposed to be a primary school.

The episodes are alright but the premise itself is stupid. Twilight is supposed to be "the smart one" I wonder why she thought a school with six students was the best was to spread the magic of friendship.

Aren't Rainbow Trash and Apple Jacks suppose to be in at least their mid-thirties? I can hardly believe their behavior. Them competing goes back I think a couple of seasons. What about that "Running of The Leaves" episode? Have they learned nothing since? I get that they're running out of lessons to teach the audience, but you can do it with developed characters. There's no excuse for DHX not to at least play around with some older, more developed and reasonable characters and see how they would interact with naive inferior species students.

Do we even know the ages of a single pone?

No we dont. If you wanna go by the show bible they're between 10 and 15.

No, we just know a few relative ages. Fluttershy is a year older than Pinkie Pie. Spike is younger than Apple Bloom, who is probably a year older than Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo, since they were not initially in her class despite apparently having lived in Ponyville their whole lives. Also, either Granny Smith is hundreds of years old, or her story about the founding of Ponyville is bunk. That or Twilight read some bad history.

>>308849

In horse years, that would make them middle-aged.

WHATEVER age they are, whether in human or horse years, they should not be acting like foals. They've had to much time to develop and the writers at dhx are slacking. That or Hasbeen is breathing down their back 24/7

I need to get off the ride now.

Applejack and Rainbow Dash have always acted like kids. They all do.

It's almost like this is a kids show and they made the characters act that way to appeal to them.

Didn't you see Where the Apple Lies? Granny Smith is well past her expiration date. She sustains her life force out of pure spite for Applejack and Big Mac, refusing to die and leave those two in charge.

The second problem, but not least is that S1 E13 was a million times wittier and exciting than this autistic trash.

S1 E13 could actually make me crack a smile, chuckle and give me a positive and satisfied feel. It was actually entertaining to watch.

This garbage over here somehow manages to be worse than watching Look Before You Sleep, even AJ and Rarity's interactions in that episode were far more funny, creative and cunning than this retard-feeling writing that feels like it was written by an arrogant asshole pretending to be funny.

Anon come on we've been over this. LBYS and Call of the Cutie are dumb girl episodes for dumb girls, there's nothing inside them that could greatly appeal to a general audience, an adult audience or intelligent female viewers.

I'd just like to interject for a moment. What you're referring to as between 10 and 15, is in fact, "maturity level from 10 through 15". Faust has always been intentionally vague about the matter. She did make it clear later on in some deviantArt comments that by "maturity level" she meant specifically emotional development and not physical age. Later, her version switched from 10-15 to 12-18. She also called them "young adults" at some point. Make of that what you will.

You don't like "Call of the Cutie" either? You legitimately have socks-and-sandals taste.

Come to think of it, the show creators missed an opportunity to do a bit about the be-marked Crusaders being pissed off at Rainbow Dash for convincing them to do all that dumb shit to get cutie marks.
