I believe it was called The Winter Moon Saturnalia, but I can't find it anywhere and it might have gotten baleeted when clopfic.heroku died. It was about Celestia and Luna raping and murdering a bunch of foals at a ritual orgy riddled with scat and other insane depravity and I wish I could still find it. Second most fucked up that wasn't also on that dead site is probably Derpy's Finest Hour and everything else by that author (same as Celestia's Relaxing Vacation) particularly Luna's Lunacy and Spikey-wikey.
