Aaayyyyy, not wanting to be a pony's fuck slave isn't edge.
Also how's claiming that a hypothetical self is hypothetically in a fictional group in order to optimally carry out a fictional assassination for a fictional character for the purposes of outlining a situation in that one could avenge their hypothetical fictional enslaved selves, their family, and their race anything like a fuck stick being unfair during a session of child's make believe? The word you're looking for is power gaming, by the way. Or just call me a fag.
Really what must be asked is why you hold your own magical realm above all else and shift the goal posts in an attempt to mitigate my entertainment and render null any of my previous answers when I'm just trying to have fun.
Never the less, lets do this.
Assuming bottom of the ladder sex slavery as you would probably dismiss anything greater. One would probably quickly find themselves among those stuck in a mass "milking" farm, strapped into a rack of some sort.
In this situation I don't think many could do anything other than struggle. It really makes you think about how things got to this point.
Generally, humans should be more intelligent, more capable in physical battle, and more industrially capable than the ponies. Reasoning for this is being that humans have shown a far deeper need for intelligence due to the harsh environments (relative to Equestria) in which they preside while at the same time being far more capable when it comes to engineering and philosophy, the fact that they have had to evolve to physically fight and kill their enemies, and that seeing as the physiology of the pony allowed them to get to the industrial development point at which they currently preside, an actually efficient organism (built for a world with far higher evolutionary pressures) would likely quickly dominate the same environment that allowed for the prosperity of the pony seeing as the pony physiology is extremely impractical and inefficient for civilization and its exploits.
If I had to guess, the humans could have, in one or another, appeared in the world of Equestria and due to them being far more capable than all local species when it comes to development, proliferation, and general physical conflict they probably started to spread out of control; quickly becoming a spinosaurus in a world of sheep. Equestrian royals would have definitely noticed this. What is in their eyes a strange hyper evolved being having appeared out of seemingly nowhere and quickly dominated the world. Talk about invasive species.
Wanting to stop the proliferation of these creatures, a war was declared on them by the indigenous species of this world. Mankind as they called themselves was fully mobilized against an entente of combined fantasy world forces that wished for nothing but to eliminate the foreign threat. Being made for a world of war, like glorious spartans, the humans cut down beast after beast as if they were nothing but wheat chaff to scythe. The Equestrian royals, with their ever watching gaze, took note of every stroke, slash, and breath. It is surprising to no one what plans they lay with the information they are gave.
The human should be far superior to ponies in every way, minus one very important thing of course: magic. The magic allows them to control the weather, shift and manipulate energy, and many other things. What magic fails to do though is give every pony hands, extremely efficient physiologies, and razor sharp minds. So in their brilliance or malevolence they decided to merge the two: ponykind and mankind into onekind. They would oversee the merge, perhaps even manipulate the genetics of humans and ponies to allow for it to happen, and ensure they had the upper hand and complete control all the way. All to create the perfect citizen for the perfect society: perfect in body, mind, and magic. Think purity of form and essence from SC2.
Before the Equestrian forces officially entered into the entente against mankind, the entente forces were being decimated. Entente infantry were torn apart by sword and axe, great beasts were felled by hero and war machine, and what little wizardry the entente could muster was rendered null by the sheer numbers of men. What started out as a strong offensive on entente terms, quickly turned into a deteriorating and failing defensive line with many nations already capitulated or capitulating.
