in the FoE thread, I have re-installed Fallout 3, with the pony pack as well as FOOK.
I was getting bored and unsatisfied with my other games, and I am glad I went back but ah, bethesda … how we love to hate thee.
So, I chose all the level-fast perks, and within 11 hours had hit level 30. Then SATS glitched the animation of my chararcter drawing or putting away his weapon, so I couldn't arm myself against the wastes. Nor look up or down, except for a split second during the animation of bringing my pipbuck up.
Oh, and 3rd-person worked fine.
So! new character for me! Let's not hit level cap so soon, and see if we can avoid that glitch, eh?
I had a couple Imperial-IPAs with my lunch, and that's about my safe limit of alcohol anymore.
