Makes sense, the media talks about him and his offenses non-stop when referring to the whole incident to deflect from the fact it was Pajeet swerved through 3 lanes on the highway to run over from the cops.
It would be illegal for the media to blame Pusey, but it's not illegal for the media to associate blame for the cops' death with him by psychologically conditioning millions of viewers.
