There's no blood and gore, not even when he shoots someone lying on the ground in the head at close range. I could see no signs of the bullets causing damage to anything. When he gets to the main room of the mosque, almost all the victims have already piled themselves in the corners (which makes no sense) and most of his attack just involves shooting at these piles. When he first advances through the corridor he passes by one of his own magazines on the floor, even though it's supposed to his first time going there. He doesn't use his sights (that he took the time to mount on his gun) when he's shooting at some random people in the far distance. He discharges his shotgun in the car against the windshield (for some reason) but does no damage.
