It was because he was depriving the medical establishment of precious medical billing dollars.
Most of the people qualified for the Kevorkian Special wouldn't be in those conditions if the medical establishment didn't want or put them there. IDK…seems fine by me but then, I am an anarcho-homicidalist who doesn't believe in slavery at all and thinks that in order to end it we have to kill everyone who tries to employ any form of slavery.
