this has resulted in a situation where my left nostril has a propensity to create a "die-cast" exact reverse mold of my sinuses

every few days, this reverse mold of my sinus cavities will slowly creep down into my nostril where I can grab the tip of it and extract it out of my fucking head

it's like pulling out a small frog from behind my eye

today it's driving me crazy… I'm able to reach the bottom protruding tip of the monster, but I cannot grab hold of it well enough to extract it from my face
