Facebook says it can locate users who opt out of tracking
http://archive.md/4CIJw
https://news.yahoo.com/facebook-says-locate-users-opt-tracking-032431090.html
First off anyone who uses Facebook for anything personal is dumber than a bunch of rocks, that aside!
EASY SOLUTIONS [START CRINGING GOVT-SHILLS!]:
1) Start using a private VPN, download & start connecting to Tor.
[ torproject.org/ + torrentfreak.com/which-vpn-services-keep-you-anonymous-in-2019 ]
2) Go to about:config in Tor's url bar, press Enter, press 'I accept the risk!'
3) Disable webgl, webgl2 and webrtc and remove any urls associated to these protocols
[ you can learn all this @ privacytools.io/classic/ + other online tutorials all over the web ]
4) Disable telemetry and remove any urls associated to telemetry services
[ you can learn all this @ askvg.com/tip-disable-telemetry-and-data-collection-in-mozilla-firefox-quantum ]
5) Make sure you have HTTPS Everywhere, Noscript and Chameleon add-ons installed
[ HTTPS Everywhere encrypts website traffic ]
[ Noscript blocks *most* third party scripts ]
[ Chameleon can spoof tons of browser metadata with many more privacy settings if used correctly ]
6) Now visit browserleaks.com/ & do all web browser tests
[ IP should be spoofed ]
[ Browser Agent, GET requests & IP Referers should be spoofed ]
[ WebGL & WebGL2 should be disabled, not comply ]
[ WebRTC should be disabled, not comply ]
[ Location API should not work / Geolocation & most other APIs should show up false ]
OK Done! You are not so easily tracked anymore.
If you use Bleachbit and manually customize it to wipe the sqlite files like cookies.sqlite and places.sqlite hidden deep within your Tor browser directory you'll be nearly impossible to track!!
[ \Desktop\Tor Browser\Browser\TorBrowser\Data\Browser\profile.default\… ]
HA HA HA!

I have a lot of dirt on Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Brave, Epic Privacy Browser, Mozilla Firefox, Waterfox, Tor, Falkon, Opera, Iridium and Dissenter.
The problem is not limited to just those web browsers, but ALL web browsers. All the mainstream and alternative browsers.
Every single web browser out there is tracking users.
Every single web browser out there is collecting data on users.
Every single web browser out there continues to track users even in "safe mode" !!
Every single web browser out there continues to collect data in "safe mode" !!
I want you all to know every browser on the web cannot be considered "private" or safe to use. There are ways to reverse all this for every browser, although it is not very convenient or user-friendly [and no, I'm not talking about changing browser settings lol].
Although this will not be a full exposé for every single browser on the web, what I provide will give a whole lot of clues to how modern web browsers hide users' personal data and keep on collecting it.
I'm also releasing this so tech savvy teams who create software like Bleachbit also take action to upgrade their privacy software so users have the option to wipe ALL their personal crud off their operating systems. Most of this stuff should be erased when users choose to "clean their internet history" yet all these caches still exist loaded up with user data hidden within the OS.

Lol … you are not smarter than the government agencies. If you found out about it today, I promise you the FBI/NSA knew about it 10 years ago. The government is watching you and there is fuck all you can do about it unless you:
1] Throw away your computer, phone (even your old nokia flip phone is being tracked) and use only pen/paper for correspondence and deliver by private courier.
2] Live in a tent in the woods without ANY utilities (no electric, water, sewage, etc).
Or you could just die. The government doesn't track the dead. Since you made this thread, I can assume you've already failed at [1] and [2], so death is your only option.

You have access to the cached data/metadata if you help run an ISP, the NSA has backbone access to all major ISPs too. You might have some people's sqlite data if you run a server in which they are using to connect to (for example, this website could be a honeypot that steals users sqlite data).
The real trick is how to de-compartmentalize online activities and knowing what files to routinely wipe out after every browser session. Doing so would drastically limit how much data your browser is giving away. And as far as decompartmentalization goes, using more than one web browser to isolate online activities can rapidly increase privacy as well operational security. Note this is not completely fail-safe if your Operating System gets compromised but it still makes it far more difficult for spooks to keep tracking your activity, especially those who routinely hop IPs and/or use Tor as well. Not that the government can't unmask you, but it would be a whole lot more work and effort on their part.

Anyone who doesn't use OPSEC like explained in the OP is a very easy target to dox. However, try doxing something like a ghost, that will appear and disappear and leave very little trace or evidence (other than a chain of proxy IPs). Try doxing someone behind a machine which is given no private information, always behind encrypted proxies and not always online, something that runs VPNs and Tor. Some machine that doesn't hold permanent sqlite caches in the browser directories either. That's much much more difficult.

People like me are very rare these days, I'm pretty sure because of the modern divisive centralized incorporation of the internet itself a lot of anons are no longer online, or at least do not care to participate much anymore. I'll only go to fringe sites like 8kun to post comments. Most people no longer care about anything anyway, that's why image boards are pretty much a thing of the past. Just a tip: when you do come across good info, always archive it. Someday you won't ever see it again unless you have a copy of it on some offline drive. ;) Yes, the days of going back offline may be very near. I know they plan to take down what exists of our internet and eventually try getting everyone they can hooked to the Meta (Facebook) VR dragnet at some point. That's where the social credit score will be rolled out with the one world digital currency. Like I said, people like myself are rare these days, you won't be seeing us there, we'll be out here, homesteading, going back to nature, be it in communes or traveling RVs or by the rivers and up on the mountains, anywhere but the Fake dystopia they plan for the goyim.
Better make up your mind now before it's too late.

Wrong.
OP is a stupid nigger and so are you.
Why would anyone fuck with about:config in Tor, or install addons, thereby completely negating all the valuable aspects of running Tor like it is, with the same fingerprinting shared by everybody else? Why not run all your traffic through Tor using a Whonix Gateway? Or route your traffic through Tor even easier and faster, with more available protocols, using Lokinet? How about running compartmentalized totally sanboxed clean generic browsers using firejail? I don't mean to be an asshole, butYOU ALREADY LOST!You're both using Windoze. Wow. Why? It kinda makes nothing else you say about computer security worth listening to. Learn some new tricks! Learn to Linux. Have an entire OS on a USB with Persistence. Have several. (MX, TAILS, etc…) Learn Virtual Machines. Learn Docker. Learn how to route traffic. Learn how to keep your browsers from storing all that shit in the first place, then you'll have less to clean. Besides, there is a lot to be said for using a clean generic sandboxed browser with no identifying characteristics for some activities. Your fingerprinting strategies are easily seen through, and you are running one-of-a-kind browsers that look just like you always look, no matter how clean you keep your sqlite files. Also, I have been telling you for 10 years that if you check the box in uBlock Origin settings saying you are an Advanced User you can unlock the full potential of that addon, completely negating your need for NoScript, but by all means, have as many identifying addons as you want to slow down your browsing experience!

I only use older Windows that is reverse engineered for p2p clients (some which do not exist for Linux or don't work properly as intended) as well my shit posting. Linux & Tails are great for basic needs, I use Xubuntu for my personal computer (for personal email, buying stuff online, etc) but that's completely isolated from the old reverse-engineered Windows and has a different VPN installed. As for some of the stuff you suggested I try, like uBlock Origin, I have already but I simply liked Noscript Security Suite better, much more use to it and easier for me to control. I've tried several other operating systems before, even Q4OS but none of them worked as good for me as the others. Besides, even if my shitty old Windows system did get hacked, there would be hardly any damning info to take or private info for the taking anyway. What? They going to 'steal' all my p2p files I already share with everyone? Even if they deleted them all, I still have multiple offline backups of all the files anyway.

I do like Linux, but I don't care to take so much time learning all kinds of different Linux operating systems and what works with them or what doesn't. I like having a few different Operating Systems that I already know very well and can easily work with. I admire you trying out new things all the time but I'm not as smart or tech savvy, and I don't have that kind of patience either, I have no "hacking" skills other than reverse engineering the old Windows registry & using Admin services to my advantage to further de-bloat the operating system. It's what I learned how to do and have done well over the years. I got a pretty decent machine to work with (at least a machine not intended for personal use, more like sharing files and shitposting online). Is it as hardened and secure as Linux? Probably not even being reverse engineered & de-bloated. But I use it because certain software that only works on Windows is absolutely necessary for my lifestyle.

I'm just in a mood today, Killcen.
I have too much to do, and I hurt like hell, so I don't want to do anything.
The world has gone to shit, everyone is isolated and most have imposed idiotic rules for all human interaction. I was always driven beyond the pale my whole life anyway, so I'll just stay where I belong. Away from everybody else.
There's nothing to say, because there is nobody who wants to hear any of it.
All my experience is worth nothing to those who must learn everything the hard way. I know. Nobody's experience was worth shit to me either. I am a sociopath. We happen to be the only ones who instantly recognize psycopaths, and we know how to deal with them. But normie sheeple never recognize psychopaths. They worship them, do their bidding, are their willing slaves. They drive the only ones who can help them beyond the pale. They confuse sociopathy with psychopathy. They are easy marks. Hardly worth saving, nor dovtheyvwantvto be saved from their predicament of subservience and abject slavery. They love it. They know nothing different, and they resent and distrust anyone who would pointvoutvthe truth of their situation. They do whstvtgeir psychopathic masters want them to do. They Conform, and they Enforce Conformity. They drive forth all thoughts that do not support their Slave Ideology, and all those who express such thoughts.
What is an Authentic human being to do?
Conform?ABSOLUTELY NOT.
Complain? Why? To who? For what purpose?
Ya gonna spend a lifetime trying to wake up the livestock and facing the wrath of their ovetlords, like I did? Good luck with that. The sheeple are more dangerous than those they serve. Pray you live through finding that out the hard way.
If you're a wolf, like me, but will never be welcome in any pack, there is no need to dress in sheep's clothing and try to fit in. You'll be better off howling alone in the wilderness at night, just beyond the pale; and wolf pups and lambs alike will shriek in terrible excitement, making up stories in their minds about that which they can never know, as long as they stay where they are, a "part of" the pack, the herd, the conformist crowd who is not only unaware of, but is not in control of, their true nature.

Yah, that's pretty much what I do here. I'm howling like a coyote and no one really cares to listen. Oh well. At least I tried to warn others, at least I have something to stand on before meeting face to face with God as he judges me for all my sins, maybe he might forgive all my drunken behavior at least I had some kind of good intention. Whatever happens in the future, everyone will likely learn the hard way. Even us. Too bad it has to be that way but that's life.

btw, you can use Windoze in a Virtual machine from Linux, ya know. You can even clone your current setup using Clonezilla or the `dd` command and run it exactly the way you like it, but from a Virtual Machine on a Linux host! Windoze installations are tied to the hardware, but if you use the VM on the same machine it should work… or you could dual-boot.
Seriously though, just try MX on a Live USB in your machine. If it's 32-bit, run AntiX instead. It won't touch your hard drive. It will be so much faster. You won't be sorry you learned something new, and there's hardly anything to learn anyway! MX is even easier than Ubuntu. It's Debian based, and you don't have to use `systemd` if you don't want to. (I know you hate `systemd`!)
Make a Live USB with Persistence.
You'll wish you'd done it sooner.
Maybe I'll make some videos.

I am not doing any of that. Some glownigger I knew told me it’s beyond difficult to evade their tools. But he pointed out a kink in their gear so I take full advantage of that. Essentially if you know where to hide things. And if they don’t know where to look. Even if they have access, they won’t know to look. He gave radios as an example. That almost no one monitors them. And as long as you don’t attract attention. It’s mostly safe. Not to mention you can talk in code on that anyways.

To be technical what I do fully bypasses Tor and VPN. Including if they have 1000+ proxies. I haven’t technically done it yet for security reasons. But there is no reason I can conceive that Would stop me. I am 100% sure I have bypassed VPN’s already by chance. The technical term I believe is exploit. The problems is I have to manually do it all. My quickest time ever was 10 minutes. That was me going 100% turbo autist.

Well I've never once been doxed and I shitpost on honeypots all the time with VPNs and Tor…. but I simply de-compartmentalize all my online activity too. Using multiple web browsers, multiple computers dedicated for individual online activities. Anything I do that is personal is on a completely isolated computer system, with it's own VPN for example. I won't use that computer for anything but business-related, online shopping, sometimes banking & email. And it only goes online when needed for use. My news/shitposting & p2p computers are isolated systems, with no identifying info on the computers. Browser sessions always get wiped routinely. Sure the ISPs collect each session and the data, but that's a lot of random stuff much of it unrelated and not necessarily connected to previously scrubbed sqlite session data.

Tracking certain targeted individuals is dangerous, yeah, but collating data of billions of users has great dangers too. We are social beings (yes, even you, you fat fuck sweating behind a display), and with tracking every fucking user you can gain knowledge that can be used to exploit you not as an individual, but as a part of a group. If you want to invent tools and patterns for manipulate people, this large-scale data collection is probably the easiest way to go about it.
I'm sure you've heard about the woman who's boyfriend started to receive google ads for pampers or shit like that even before any of them realized that the woman was pregnant.
Human sensitivity to subtleties are very limited, but artificial neural networks can find these patterns easily.
Computers might not change your ideologies completely, but can serve you content that makes you feel a minority, insignificant, demoralized.
I'm not saying that this is worth shitting your pants for, but it is something you should be painfully aware of at every moment, because it works.
They can control society as a whole, which affects how freely you act, or how openly/honestly you talk about your thoughts, therefore it affects you as an individual.
Question is, what to do about it. In today's world you could probably just set up a raspberry pi as a simple server, and communicate with other servers like this using end-to-end encryption (like gpg-encrypting your messages). They would still have the metadata, which would be still valuable to them even without the decrypted content of your messages, but it would be at least something that they couldn't completely control. On the other hand, I doubt that the algorithms standardized by NIST are not already broken (and that's probably why they are a standard).
Someone smarter than me should come up with a solution, even if it is slow or more-or-less useless, something that can be used as a secure communication channel.
