Actually Native Americans are much much weaker than Whites, for example they can't handle very much alcohol consumption without ODing. Whereas Asians can actually handle alcohol consumption much better than Whites in most cases, except for the Irish Whites, Irish Whites can outdrink just about anyone. What kind did you buy?

For Christmas and New Years Eve I am likely to buy an 18 year aged Scotch for myself, and another for the guests. Have not figured out what brand it will be, but it will be good, and likely cost a me couple hundred dollars.

If I can find Talisker 18 year aged at the store that is what I'll likely buy two of. Around $100 each, I've had it once before, very nice and peaty. Although, I always have others in mind. Highland Park, for example, is now making some various special "limited editions" which price from $100 to over $300 depending which kind you buy. There is one I would like to try (the "full volume" edition), but it may be harder to find or be backlogged in demand due to supply chain issues.

I also LOVE Laphroaig but the only issue is I have tried almost every single one on the market today, except for the 21 year aged (which would be way too expensive for me to buy two of). I'm still looking into the ~$200 or so price range, for two total. As much as I love that brand, the issue is I've had all of them numerous times before, I'm looking for something I have either not yet tried or only tried once before which I know is damn well worth it again.

Sorry Johnny, you instigated a total geek out here, I am a premium scotch enthusiast myself. Glenrothe is also up my ally, although it is not peaty and honestly I like my fermented peat. Regardless, I will always keep Glenrothe in mind even though I've tried most of them so far. It's also much smoother too, I've had friends drink it down faster just because of the smoothness and before you know it, they're fucking drunk and about to pass out and I'm dipping into my backup vodka because I'd just be getting started lol.

OK,,,, I'm going to have to guess Johnny, you bought Port Charlotte, which in that case, good for you, you're guests will LOVE it. That is a very popular one today, I had a friend turn me onto that and it was delicious, bold as fuck, but delicious!

Now Johnny, if you had the money to, let me guess another: you went for a Bowmore. Those can be pretty smooth and your guests will drink that up faster than you think!

Last Christmas I bought a 21 year old Balvenei which turned out to be good, everyone liked it, however I have to warn you, not all Balvenei is top tier, I've had 12 year aged and the double wood edition and did not enjoy it as much, it had too much an salty iodine flavor.

If you bought something, let me know please, I can give you my review if I tried it (that is, if I can still recall it). Another friendly tip from an expert at this field: NEVER buy that Auchentoshan brand *UNLESS* it is the American Oak edition, or the Virgin Oak (more costly). Those are the ONLY two I desired, I've tried every other one including the limited edition "Bartenders Malt" and they sucked!!!

And please, for the love of God don't get me started with Glenlivet, what a rip-off despite it being cheaper, sure you can get drunk as fuck off that as it is bold and downright mean, but as for mean, you will be induced with the most severe hangovers you'd ever had the regret experiencing!! I drank one full bottle of Glenlivet, I think it might have been the "Guardians Chapter" edition if I recall correctly….. and note I normally do not get hangovers no matter how much I drink…. the next day my skull was pounding from migraine headaches. Some evil cheap shit for a scotch, that's the poorfag's scotch!!
