I see things and put them into my intricate tiny box of safekeeping.

And that's where I'll keep you, until I decide to dispose of you and the stupid fucking box.

in case you haven't figured it out yet, this doesn't end well for you.

enjoy it, fuckface

#1 Cook rice and let it cool.

#2 Take a bowl and add the following spices: garlic, ginger, mustard seed, paprika, cumin, coriander, star anise, turmeric, gharwan mix and a splash of slap ya mamma rub. Mix it all up.

#3 Take out some chicken breast, put some olive oil in the pan and fry both sides until it's mostly cooked, then take it out and cut it into thin strips.

#4 Put some more olive oil into the pan and throw the sliced chicken strips back in there along with all the spice. Mix it up real well.

#5 Poor a scoop of molasses into the pan and mix it up further and let it cook a bit more.

#6 Turn the heat up more and put a cup of yogurt into the pan and mix it up further as it all sizzles and melts together. Stir for 2 minutes with heat on high.

#7 Now turn it off. Ready to serve and eat within a couple minutes.

This recipe WILL help cure your diabetes problem if you eat it often enough.

since you're still trying to "MANAGE" your diabetes, you probably want to start shoveling as much of your racist (yes, racist because eastern indians dont eat ANY of those ingredients) sugary molasses chicken

Nope, I do not, I have no problems with diabetes and take no medication for it, because I EAT RIGHT.

Indians do eat a lot of those spices, they are in a lot of Indian cook book recipes, that's how I learned to cook Indian food!

Molasses is natural sugar, it's healthy, much like honey. And besides, you only use a tablespoon scoop to flavor the rice & chicken, just like all the spice adds flavoring. Ever eat at an Indian buffet and notice they have that slightly-sweet & spicy curry-covered chicken? Actually, most of the time that's NOT curry, it's turmeric powder which looks the same! That's pretty much THE dish I presented.

I wonder why "Johnny" is so obsessed with "Eastern" Indians?

Anybody who has traveled India can tell you that Best India is NorthWest India. In the North, at the foothills of the Himalayas is where the beautiful country and wonderful food is, especially closer to the West side. (I mean, India's food probably won't beat Thailand's food, but, yeah, it's bretty gud.

They even eat meat up in the highlands. As for good vegetarian food that even Johnny and Wendy would rave about for a lifetime, I don't think I've ever had better vegetarian fare than I had in Rishikesh; and I have eaten vegetarian food all over the world, having been raised a vegetarian, and having been raised in many different countries, and having visited many countries as an adult.

But I've got to agree with Johnny that Killcen's curried chicken probably tastes better than it sounds, and probably goes better with a whiskey than with a Bhang Lassi.

I prefer Tandoori Chicken myself, and think I may make some soon, now that you've got me in the mood!
