I wonder why "Johnny" is so obsessed with "Eastern" Indians?
Anybody who has traveled India can tell you that Best India is NorthWest India. In the North, at the foothills of the Himalayas is where the beautiful country and wonderful food is, especially closer to the West side. (I mean, India's food probably won't beat Thailand's food, but, yeah, it's bretty gud.
They even eat meat up in the highlands. As for good vegetarian food that even Johnny and Wendy would rave about for a lifetime, I don't think I've ever had better vegetarian fare than I had in Rishikesh; and I have eaten vegetarian food all over the world, having been raised a vegetarian, and having been raised in many different countries, and having visited many countries as an adult.
But I've got to agree with Johnny that Killcen's curried chicken probably tastes better than it sounds, and probably goes better with a whiskey than with a Bhang Lassi.
I prefer Tandoori Chicken myself, and think I may make some soon, now that you've got me in the mood!
