Europe Spirals Into Mayhem Amid Protests Over Tightened COVID-19 Restrictions

Many European governments have been bringing in new coronavirus restrictions in an effort to tackle surging cases of COVID-19 across the continent, with some countries recently reporting record-high daily case numbers.

European countries, tackling spiraling numbers of coronavirus cases, have witnessed a third day of protests against a resurgence of coronavirus restrictions on Sunday, with many of the riots turning violent.

The Netherlands became the first Western European nation to impose a partial lockdown since the summer on Saturday amid soaring COVID-19 cases, with 23,000 new infections recorded on 18 November. An emergency order had to be put in place in the city centre in Enschede and in Groningen, in the south of the country, where fires were started and police pelted with stones.

The Dutch are angry as they attack police cameras to protest another lockdown and forced vaccination.

Lockdowns have destroyed their life and free society.

California Nordstrom ransacked by 80 looters in ski masks with crowbars and weapons

About 80 looters in ski masks ransacked a Nordstrom location outside of San Francisco, in a scene described by witnesses as "insane" and like something "out of a movie."

"We probably saw 50 to 80 people in ski masks crowbars a bunch of weapons. They were looting the Nordstrom's right here. And I thought they were going to start beating cars. I had to start locking doors lock the front door lock the back door," local PF Chang's manager Brett Barrette told KGO.

"There was a mob of people," Barrette added to CBS SF. "The police were flying in. It was like a scene out of a movie. It was insane."

The incident unfolded before 9 p.m. on Saturday evening in Walnut Creek, which is about 25 miles outside San Francisco. A local reporter tweeted footage of the scene and said about 25 cars pulled up outside of the Nordstrom before running in, grabbing merchandise and fleeing.

Dozens of police cars responded, and Walnut Creek Lt. Ryan Hibbs told KPIX 5 there were reports that the looters smashed shelves during the incident. They quickly got back into their cars while carrying bags and boxes.

5 dead, 48 people hurt after driver speeds into crowd at Waukesha Christmas parade

Five people were killed and 48 people were injured after a driver sped his car into the crowd at the Waukesha Christmas parade Sunday evening, according to Waukesha Police Chief Dan Thompson.

Waukesha police have arrested a suspect in the case and have recovered his vehicle, calling the scene "safe and secure" as of late Sunday night. Police said they fired at the suspect's vehicle to try to stop it, but nobody was hurt when those shots were fired.

On Monday afternoon, police identified the suspect as 39-year-old Darrell Brooks, saying they were referring five charges of first degree intentional homicide to the Milwaukee County DA's office. Police say Brooks may have been fleeing a nearby 'domestic incident' when he sped into the Waukesha crowd, though they specified that officers were not chasing Brooks.

The incident was live-streamed on the City's Facebook page. A video sent to TMJ4 shows a car driving through a busy section of the parade and hitting at least half a dozen people. The car continued to drive through the parade and then the video ended.

Russia Just Created a Cloud of Bullets in Space

When Russia launched a missile from earth that destroyed an old Soviet satellite on Monday, the explosion created thousands of pieces of debris — a virtual cloud of bullets — that will spread through near-earth orbit or fall to the ground. This is a serious risk to astronauts, telecommunications satellites and other critical space systems, including even Russia’s own.

The test was a thoughtless exercise that will intensify the race to militarize space. And it added to the growing cloud of debris that, in the next few years, is expected to double the number of “avoidance maneuvers” satellite operators will be forced to undertake.

What was Russia hoping to gain, and how should the U.S. respond?

As a U.S. State Department spokesman said of the test: “Today, miles above us, there are American astronauts and Russian cosmonauts on the International Space Station. What the Russians did today, with these 1,500 pieces of trackable orbital debris, poses a risk not only to those astronauts, not only to those cosmonauts, but to satellites of all nations.”

The new U.S. Space Command, which monitors the debris, pointed out that in addition to those trackable pieces, there are “hundreds of thousands” of smaller bits. About half the fragments from the Russian test will fall to earth within a couple years. (Fortunately, there are no reported instances of people being seriously injured by the tumbling debris.)

The director of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, former Florida Senator Bill Nelson, and I go way back. When I was commander of U.S. Southern Command, we often traveled through Latin America and the Caribbean. He has a solid grasp of national security issues. He also knows space: He was a payload specialist on the Space Shuttle Columbia in 1986.

In a phone call, Nelson told me the Russian drill was “unconscionable” and indicated it was a surprise not only to American astronauts, but to their Russian counterparts as well. We agreed that it was probably the Russian military acting on its own.

How much of a threat can a tiny bit of space debris be? Consider an earthbound analogy. On a U.S. aircraft carrier, before every launch, crew members meticulously walk the flight deck to find even the tiniest bit of metal, because a single piece of “foreign object debris” can disable the engine of a multimillion-dollar jet. Russia has basically released a vast number of FODs into low-earth altitude, which contains trillions of dollars of vital high-tech equipment.

It’s important to look at Russia’s test in the context of the increasing weaponization of the cosmos. The U.S., China and India also conduct military operations in space. These involve sophisticated intelligence collection (conducted visually, electronically and thermally); targeting for ground-based missile systems; navigational support for military platforms; monitoring of communication systems (cell phones in particular); and enhancing military communications both in space and on earth.

NYPD Cops Say Far-Left Politics 'Absolutely Destroying' New York City

Over half of NYPD cops say they wish they'd never joined the police force, according to a new internal survey.

Many police officers are citing far-left politics for the spiral crime rates and anti-cop sentiment in New York City, which has, in turn, triggered their regrets.

56% of NYPD cops say they wouldn't become a police officer if they had a chance to do it all over again, the internal New York Police Department survey of nearly 6,000 officers found, according to the New York Post.

46% of officers said they believe the public disrespects them, versus 42% who didn't believe so.

The officers were asked if the public distrusts them, and 44% agreed while 41% disagreed.

There were 73% of police poll participants who said the public does not have a good relationship with the NYPD.

Erdogan Tells Lira To Drop Dead As Currency Collapse Threatens Financial System, Bank Runs, Hyperinflation

In what should not be confused for a masterclass in FX trading, on Monday Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan defended his pursuit of lower interest rates to boost economic growth and job creation, sending the lira cratering to a new record low against the dollar and plummeting to an unprecedented 35% down on the year, surpassing such banana republic currencies as the Argentina, Colombia and Chili Peso.

… Erdogan said that Turkey has abandoned old policies based on high borrowing costs and a strong currency in the name of slowing inflation, and instead shifted to a new set-up that prioritizes greater investments, exports and strong job creation, while allowing the currency to collapse and no longer engaging in any lira defense.

“We were either going to give up on investments, manufacturing, growth and jobs, or take on a historic challenge to meet our own priorities,” he said after a cabinet meeting in capital Ankara.

While most central banks are talking of tightening policy as the global recovery fuels a surge in prices, Turkey’s decision to slash 4 percentage points off borrowing rates since September even as inflation has soared above 20%, has stunned markets and frustrated investors who complain its monetary policy is becoming increasingly erratic and unpredictable.

Some, such as Swedbank AB strategist Hans Gustafson used the dreaded "H" word: “It is very hard to have a view on a fair value for the lira as long as economic policy is out of sync with fundamentals. The lira will continue to fall until economic policy tighten. Current path will lead to hyperinflation and a balance of payments crisis."

US Navy sailors are being forced to take out LOANS after MONTHS-LONG delays in pay after military began closing down and consolidating processing centers

Some US Navy sailors say they're being forced to take out loans after months-long delays in receiving their pay as they struggle to keep up with living expenses.

The Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society, which lends money to Navy members and their families, said it's seen an increase in loan applications in recent months.

One source told told Military.com that the troubles began when officials began consolidating personnel and customer support detachments four years ago, leading to staff shortages.

The Navy launched MyNavy Career Center in September in an attempt to streamline services.

'Shutting down dozens of processing centers took that transaction load and dropped it in one building's worth of people,' a petty officer, who asked not to be identified, told Military.com.

'Our only means of communication with them is through [MyNavy Career Center, or MNCC], which isn't always great because it's [mostly] civilians with a knowledge database … all they can do is look up tickets and give a status.'

Society vice president Gillian Gonzalez told an industry publication that she recently helped one solider who'd gone without pay for three months because of an enlistment extension and pay error.

Despite his command post working around the clock to resolve the issue, the sailor ran out of money while waiting to be paid, Gonzalez told Military.com.

She said the relief society cut him a $2,500 check to help.

'This is happening a little bit everywhere,' she told the outlet. 'It doesn't seem to hit one geographic area more than another.'

Reap what you sow? Vaccinated doctors are dropping like flies!

The American Medical Association reported that 96% of U.S. doctors were vaccinated in June. Even with a 20-point error margin, accounting for saline/placebo shots and exemptions, a vast majority of doctors have received the shots. It’s only fair since doctors peddle the injections to their unwitting, credulous fanatics who worship the white coats. Here is a long list of vaccine-peddling doctors who are NOW DEAD:

Energy company warns that Biden regime’s decision on shuttering pipelines will lead to widespread power outages

We’ve been warning for months that the Biden regime appears to be purposely attempting to tank the country’s economy so they can then blame it not on their policies but rather on a ‘failure of capitalism’ so they can justify full implementation of their “new” socialist programs.

It appears the next step in that process is about to occur.

The regime is said to be ‘considering’ shutting down a natural gas pipeline because of ‘environmental concerns,’ even though the pipeline is sound, stable and extremely vital to our country’s economy.

If that were to happen, warns a Missouri-based energy company, there will be widespread blackouts and power outages this winter and beyond.

“It’s our privilege to provide you with affordable and reliable natural gas, every day,” Spire Energy warned in an email to customers.

“In fact, the STL Pipeline was built to support your energy needs, along with those of more than 650,000 homes and businesses in the St. Louis region. Since 2019, this safe, fully operational pipeline has been bringing even more reliable and affordable natural gas to our community,” the company’s email continued.

“Unfortunately, while the STL Pipeline continues to operate today, it is now in jeopardy,” the email said.

“As a result, we want to keep you informed and prepared for potential natural gas disruptions—and outages—this winter if the pipeline is not kept in service,” [their emphasis], the email noted further, adding:

You may have heard about the pipeline in the news. In short, the government agency that regulates interstate pipelines approved the construction and operation of the Spire STL Pipeline after a two-year, rigorous regulatory review.

However, in January 2020, a New York-based environmentalist group challenged the government agency’s approval process, and in June 2021, the court ruled in the group’s favor. This ruling essentially took back the pipeline’s approval to operate.

The STL Pipeline is fully operational today, with temporary federal approval to operate through Dec. 13—but that only takes us halfway through Missouri’s coldest months.

American Families Now More Divided Than Ever, This Time It Is NOT Just Over Politics!

The holidays are upon us, and a new survey from OnePoll has found that most “fully vaccinated” Americans do not “feel comfortable” hosting their “unvaccinated” friends and family members for Thanksgiving or Christmas.

Even though the fully vaccinated are now “immune” to the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) thanks to their jabs, according to the government and the media, a whopping 63 percent of 2,000 who were surveyed told OnePoll that they “don’t feel comfortable” welcoming anyone who is unvaccinated into their homes.

An unbelievable 58 percent of fully vaccinated Americans told OnePoll that they have already broken all contact with family members and friends who have refused the jab. However, only 22 percent of unvaccinated people say they have experienced being excluded from an event due to having not modified their DNA with toxic spike proteins.

On the flip side, roughly half of all unvaccinated respondents told OnePoll that they had no choice but to cut off all communication with their fully vaccinated relatives for refusing to respect their decision not to take the jabs.

“Despite the risks of perpetual family alienation, 14% of those polled said they would never get a Covid-19 vaccine,” reported RT.

"Revolution In Warfare" - Israel Unveils New Scorpius Electronic Warfare System

Israel has recognized that the modern battlefield will not be entirely fought on air, sea, and space. To better prepare for new domains of warfare, Israel has developed a revolutionary weapon for electromagnetic warfare.

Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), the country's top aerospace and aviation manufacturer, has developed the Scorpius family of systems that scans a sphere of the operating environment for targets and deploys a narrowly focused beam to interfere with multiple threats across the electromagnetic spectrum. The high-tech weapon is categorized under "soft protection" because it doesn't cause physical harm. Instead, it disrupts the operation of electromagnetic systems, such as radar, electronic sensors, navigation, and data communications.

Gideon Fustick, Marketing VP EW Group at IAI, told Forbes, "We call it [Scorpius family of systems] 'soft protection.' It's an offensive weapon that doesn't send out missiles. It's not a hard-kill system," adding that "it is very effective in engaging and disabling enemy systems."

Fustick describes the new weapon as having a tremendous advantage over legacy electromagnetic warfare weapons because it can shoot targeted beams without interfering with unintended targets. He called this a "revolution in warfare."

"The enemy is trying to use the electromagnetic domain for all these activities," he said. "We are also trying to use them. And we're each trying to deny the other side from the use of the electromagnetic domain." Planes, drones, missiles, and other weapons of war operate using electromagnetic magnetic sensors to navigate and communicate - by denying the enemy access to the electromagnetic domain. It can severely impair their warfare capability.

"It's the first system that can really detect anything in the sky and address multiple targets in different directions and different frequencies simultaneously," Fustick added, noting that previous electronic warfare technology was not able to engage multiple targets at once.

Homicide Rates in 2020 Surged to a 24-Year High. It’s Another Sign of a Failing Regime

By mid-2020, it was already becoming clear that the United States was experiencing a spike in crime. Indeed, by midyear, numerous media outlets were already reporting remarkably large increases in homicide in a number of cities. It was clear that if then-current trends continued, homicide rates in the United States would reach levels not seen in over a decade.

With full-year data for 2020 now available on the FBI’s Crime in the United States report, we can see that those predictions were right. According to the report, the homicide rate in the United States rose to 6.5 per 100,000 in 2020, which is the highest rate reported since 1997—a twenty-four-year high.

Moreover, the increase from 2019 to 2020 was one of the largest increases the US has experienced in ninety years. For similar increases in a similarly short period of time, we must go back to the 1960s—or even the 1940s. In other words, this is not normal. If the current trend continues, the US could find itself back experiencing homicide growth not experienced since the late 1960s and early 1970s.

It remains to be seen, however, if this is a temporary spike or part of a longer trend. If it is a spike, we can expect homicide rates to fall back to around 5 per 100,000, as had become a common experience over the past decade. If it is just a spike, then we can blame the surge in homicide on short-term events such as the covid lockdowns or the Black Lives Matter riots. If the surge is part of a larger trend, however, we’ll need to look to more broad and permanent causes for a satisfactory explanation.

But finding the causes of larger trends in homicide rates is no simple matter, and ideological groups tend to use movements in homicide rates as “proof” of the correctness of their preferred political hobby horses.

There is compelling evidence, however, that trends in crime are driven largely by how the public views the legitimacy of the regime and its institutions. In short, the theory rests on the idea that crime increases when a jurisdiction’s residents do not respect government institutions and do not believe that government institutions can provide safety or administer justice in a fairly reliable way.

If the United States is indeed at the beginning of an upward trend in homicide, it might be more evidence of what many already suspect is happening: trust in American political institutions is falling, and consequently, fear of private crime and social disorder is rising.

Bay Area is hit by THIRD consecutive day of looting as 50-strong hammer gang storms jewelry store after Macy's and Lululemon stores were hit

San Francisco Bay has been hit by a third day of brazen looting, with a gang of thieves filmed smashing glass cases at a jewelry store and emptying them as staff screamed in terror.

The latest incident happened at a Sam's Jewelers store at the Southland Mall in Hayward around 5:30pm PST Sunday evening, and was caught on camera.

Robbers - said to have been part of a gang of around 40 to 50 teens who entered the mall - wielded hammers to smash display cases at Sam's, before making off with goods. Dramatic footage shot from a nearby store showed shop workers screaming with fear as the disturbing scene unfolded.

Also on Sunday, another gang of looters snatched garments from upmarket yoga clothing brand Lululemon's San Jose store, KPIX reported.

And on Saturday, video posted to Twitter a swarm of robbers was caught on security camera stealing prescriptions from Wellspring Pharmacy in Oakland at around 7.30pm.

Pharmacy employees sped up the footage to show dozens of people running through the store to grab boxes of drugs off the shelves before quickly moving out. It is unclear what drugs were stolen, but staff say customers' whose meds were stolen will be able to collect replacement meds that have been ordered in.

Store employees told KGO-TV reporter Dion Lim they were 'overwhelmed and devastated' by the brazen theft, as it is a small drug store and does not have the same resources as chains like CVS or Walgreens.

Video of the Sam's incident, meanwhile, shows the men, all of whom were wearing hoodies, smashing the cases and running off with handfuls of jewelry, with one man even running back to grab an item he dropped before fleeing.

Going, going… GONE! Footage shows the farcical moment £100m F-35 fighter jet toppled off the end of HMS Queen Elizabeth's runway and sank into the Mediterranean - as furious Navy chiefs launch mole hunt for whoever leaked it

Furious Royal Navy bosses were last night hunting for a sailor who leaked film of a £100million British warplane crashing into the sea on take-off from an aircraft carrier.

In a shocking security breach, the 16-second clip was copied using a smartphone and put on Twitter.

The incident triggered a frantic underwater race to find the wreckage of the F-35B stealth jet and secure the crash site a mile below the surface before Russian divers could get there first.

The cause of the crash is under investigation, but it is thought that a red plastic rain cover for the jet was accidentally left on and sucked into an engine.

The unknown sailor held their phone against a computer screen to copy a CCTV recording from HMS Queen Elizabeth's control tower in the Mediterranean Sea.

The grainy footage, which the Navy confirmed was genuine last night, shows the F-35B Lightning II taxiing along the runway aboard the £3billion aircraft carrier before toppling off the end and ditching into the water.

The jet, which is loaded with top-secret radar equipment and sensors, remains at the bottom of the sea after the incident a fortnight ago.

The clip shows the jet appear to struggle to accelerate as it approaches the take-off ramp. Crew on the flight deck then watch in horror as it plunges over the edge.

The pilot, who suffered minor injuries, ejected and his parachute can be seen floating down towards the water. He was quickly recovered but the jet glided underwater to an estimated depth of more than a mile.

The film is of poor quality and not operationally sensitive, but its appearance on social media has dismayed Navy bosses.

A source said: 'What is someone doing recording that on their phone and putting it out there for everyone to speculate about? There's a trust issue here.
