There is a new highly controversial book that came out that is drawing the attention of powerful people within industry, politics, banking, educational sector, including people from our own government (among other governments) which all Americans have the right to know about:
https://www.anamericandivorce.com/
Released as the nation is reeling from a global pandemic, racial unrest, and a weak U.S. presidency, An American Divorce is a must-read for those Republicans and Democrats who want to move beyond the dysfunctional marriage that we today call the United States of America. Is the United States facing a societal divorce? Should both Republicans and Democrats demand a constitutional convention that outlines the pros and cons of a Brexit-like, geographical breakup to 330 million Americans? Or will both sides continue traveling down an ugly divorce path that could ultimately be decided by an undemocratic set of circumstances?

>constitutional convention
Yes. I really want a pile of dysfunctional retards to just redraw the constitution from scratch. The only good thing to say about that is that the government doesn't run according to the constitution anyway, and that's not actually a good thing; it's just a reminder that it (re)making rules makes fuckall when there is no rule of law in the first place.
Am I really to think that there are so many bright minds out there to outshine the original writers of the constitution? Would I get to have any say in it? I think the much more pragmatic option is to start hanging traitors live on an all-new c-span channel with an open invitation to independent and foreign media to broadcast the same.

I would be perfectly fine with that. I don't think this will easily be fixed either, the point of this OP was to see some opinions. And Johnny's opinion is always hilarious.

It'd cost me more than $5 to come over. I recently fixed my own toilet and that's good enough for me. Do plungers cost more than $5 these days?
