There used to be an undercover police officer that worked for the Washington DC MPD by the name of Nicole Rizzi. She was fired from that department in 2013. While she was undercover on assignment in Washington DC she blew her own cover and as a result of that she was publicly exposed by protesters and was sued and fired. Nicole Rizzi is now undercover in Citrus Heights CA working in Narcotics. You will see that the photo I posted of her with this article is of the same cop who was exposed in the Youtube video I posted the link to. She is currently living at 7721 Auburn Blvd Citrus Heights, CA 95610 in the Auburn Vista Mobile Home Park selling dope and generating false cases. That trailer park is a front for a corrupt undercover Citrus Heights Police narcotics Operation. Only snitches and undercover cops are in there posing as dealers and framing people.

I lived at this trailer park with Undercover Citrus Heights Police Officer Nicole Rizzi/Mandee Andree before I knew she was really a cop and she is a big time weirdo. Mandee Andree/Nicole Rizzi poops her pants all the time from all the meth and heroin she does. She also has a poop fetish and likes to poop and piss in diapers with her lesbian snitch partner Tabatha Sherman. Nicole Rizzi AKA Mandee Andree used to save her piss in cups and bottles and she even shit in a bathtub and sink. One time she took me to McDonalds and she was high off her ass and thought it would be funny to poop in the urinal of the mens room. So she went in the mens room for about 5 minutes and when she came out she was in a hurry to leave, while she was driving back to the trailer park she told me she pinched off a couple turds in the urinal. Nicole Rizzi/Mandee Andree laughed so hard she almost crashed the van and she spit her teeth out in the van, that’s how I found out she has dentures in the front of her mouth.

Nicole Rizzi/Mandee Andree also used to wipe boogers all over the walls and floors of trailers, She would leave poopy panties on the living room floor too. She is gross and it’s disturbing that this is type of behavior Citrus Heights Police are out here wasting and abusing taxpayer dollars to display.
