Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas on Tuesday warned would-be migrants from Cuba and Haiti against trying to reach the United States illegally by sea. Nice lip service but the reality is Border Patrol are indicating there are still escalating amounts of foreigners flooding into the country and they can't handle them. Are they allowed to detain them or export them? That's the question that should be looked into.
