I'm Eastern European and some of the less than savory Telegram channels that I'm in have been posting about something Russia-related happening on the 12th. Some dude was talking about Putin consolidating his voter base through some sort of false flag/massive happening, but I couldn't quite make out what he meant by it. Have any of you fags heard anything about this? Pic unrelated
