I am a Black man. Many Whites say that we can just leave anytime we want. This is simply not true. A lot of Black people are poor, even with jobs. We live paycheck to paycheck. More Blacks are poor than Whites, but, I digress. The only rich blacks are drug dealers or HBCU/political connected blacks who became mayor or something. Bills and food take up most of my money.
What does it take to leave the USA entirely?
You need a passport, a plane ticket, in many cases a visa, and you will have to renounce your citizenship at a U.S. embassy outside of the United States, have two meetings, pay the citizenship renunciation fee which is currently, $2,350, swear an oath of renunciation and become stateless at which point, you can apply for citizenship elsewhere in another country.

I would like to move to Ghana or Nigeria but on minimum wage in my apartment, between bills, food, bike expenses, I can only save very little money each month. I barely have enough for a plane ticket, let alone another $2,350. I still don't even have a passport yet.
I have decided to file a petition with the White House to hopefully significantly reduce the citizenship renunciation fee so that it will be easier for people to leave but most importantly for Black people to leave the USA and move to Africa more easily.

This guy gets it. There are people who say that intelligence is genetic, but that's only partially true. Intelligence is generational - that's the one fact that matters more than anything. If you've got an IQ of 110 but grow up in a family of scientists, you'll almost certainly become a scientist yourself. But if you've got an IQ of 200 but you're born to a worthless single mom in the hood, and all your peers are highschool dropouts? Barring an act of God, your IQ won't save you. For every Ben Carson, there's a thousand kids who failed miserably and live like bottom-rung losers, simply because they weren't born in an environment that cultivates talent and provides good examples of what you can do with good intelligence.
The examples that your parents and peers show have *so* much effect on people. Yet the wokesters and other mainstream idiots just ignore it.
If you're just a minority in someone else's society, you'll never be a fully fledged, self-sustaining community. Even if you're a high-functioning minority community, like the Jews in the West or the Sikhs in Britain, you'll still just be a clique of niche specialists living in a society where you speak someone else's language and eat food that your people didn't harvest.
Healthy, well-rounded, self-sustaining communities produce well-adjusted confident people. Dysfunctional, dependent communities produce messed-up people with an inferiority complex. And integration and everything else that the leftists are calling for (like more leeway for drugs and gangs) will only make the black community in America even more dysfunctional and dependent.
