There used to be an undercover police officer that worked for the Washington DC MPD by the name of Nicole Rizzi. She was fired from that department in 2013. While she was undercover on assignment in Washington DC she blew her own cover and as a result of that she was publicly exposed by protesters and was sued and fired. In the end of 2013 a woman by the name of, Mandee Andree showed up in Citrus Heights CA which is where I live. Mandee Andree showed up at the trailer park I was living at which is a place called the (Auburn Vista Mobile Home Park) She befriended me and eventually her and I along with the maintenance man of the property lived together.
It wasn’t long after she showed up and her and I became friends and were living together before the Citrus Heights Police Department started showing up places where Mandee Andree would take me and the police would be focused on me specifically and they would illegally search me and seemed to always harass me. I would eventually realize that something was majorly wrong with this picture. All the sudden this woman, Mandee Andree shows up and the cops and her seem to be on the same team with one goal and that was to set me up. I figured that this bitch I had been living with was a cop.
I began to look for proof that she was a cop so I did a google search and looked up (How to expose an undercover cop) when I did that, the search results popped up were of the stories about, Nicole Rizzi who was an undercover cop for Washington DC MPD but she was publicly exposed, sued and fired. (I posted the links at the beginning of this story) When I seen the photo’s of Nicole Rizzi in the news articles from Washington DC, I immediately recognized her as the woman I had been living with who I knew as Mandee Andree. Nicole Rizzi and Mandee Andree are the same person. Undercover officer Nicole Rizzi is currently still out here in Citrus Heights CA posing as a white supremacist meth and heroin dealer under the pseudonym of Mandee Andree. After Nicole Rizzi was publicly exposed and fired from Washington DC MPD for blowing her own cover, she was somehow able to cross state lines into my City and get a new identity and job with the Citrus Heights Police department working undercover for the Narcotics unit lead by Sergeant Joe Aguilar.
