>unity of whites and functioning societies, morality etc. through variations of Abrahamic religions
You know what, i agree.
Jews used to be conquerors and jealous people obsessed with their God unlike no other. Romans had troubles making them worship their Emperor, even after installing statue of Caligula in their synagogues. They never rendered unto caesar and continued to be absolutely loyal. They were sure superiority of their God will eventually make all nations to bow down to them:
>Isaiah‎ 2:‎2 And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the Lord’s house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it.
>Isaiah‎ 34:‎2 For the indignation of the Lord is upon all nations, and his fury upon all their armies: he hath utterly destroyed them, he hath delivered them to the slaughter.
>Isaiah‎ 66:‎18 For I know their works and their thoughts: it shall come, that I will gather all nations and tongues; and they shall come, and see my glory.
‎>Isaiah‎ 66:‎20 And they shall bring all your brethren for an offering unto the Lord out of all nations upon horses, and in chariots, and in litters, and upon mules, and upon swift beasts, to my holy mountain Jerusalem, saith the Lord, as the children of Israel bring an offering in a clean vessel into the house of the Lord.
>Zechariah‎ 8:‎23 Thus saith the Lord of hosts; In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that God is with you.
>Zechariah‎ 12:‎9 And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.
‎>Zechariah‎ 14:‎16 And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.
>Malachi‎ 3:‎12 And all nations shall call you blessed: for ye shall be a delightsome land, saith the Lord of hosts.
>Psalms‎ 82:‎8 Arise, O God, judge the earth: for thou shalt inherit all nations.
>Psalms‎ 118:‎10 All nations compassed me about: but in the name of the Lord will I destroy them.
Then Romans thought "lets take their God and make Him our own, but in our own way and dionysian mystery cult image". This didn't worked out too well neither for Jews, nor Romans. And the reason why it didn't because while Old Testament (Tanakh, jewish bible), generally never implied God can be contained in a man. Jesus is an insult to Adonai/YHWH, because it reduces their hidden theology of all Angelic beings as God's equals, and part of God's hipostasies, because Jesus somehow is considered "above them", even though by older theology it would imply He is Them. Hence its "Lord of Hosts", with Hosts being Sons of God, "Faces of Shekinah" and so forth, every Angel being God's own presence, signifying that God is sum of all Light, and even if Angel is associated with divine being as celestial bodies, then ALL of Heavens are God. Or simply speaking all pagan Gods could be considered a singular being, just like jews joined all canaanite Gods and hidden their message within one Lord, whose name is actually a plural.
This has immense appeal to anyone genuinely researching jewish literature and mysticism, especially within Hellenic framework of Plotinus, Aristotle and Plato. Some sympathy for older generation of those shekel counting devils. And envy. Envy to their God's loyalty that consumed whole western globe. Because it introduces feeling of certainty of heavenly order, unlike majority of pagan tales in their diversity and myth, Bible too breaks apart ones its own mythical origins are discovered, but for a while it was solid authority as if science of God.
West haven't yet learned how to understand enigmatic nature of all pervading God with reason, since we're too tied to unnecessary weigh of myth, especially the one of Christianity, it keeps producing atheists and communists.
But honestly western spirituality would be bland without jews, at least the ancient ones. In a way they gave us all this fun time of bloodshed, adventurous conflicts, crusades and drama that never be forgotten. Adonai gave meaning to living, at least until scientific age.
