Many american whites on this board complain about not being able to do something effective about the problems minorities are causing. I think demographics is key, so, hypothetically speaking, wouldn't a biological weapon be a possible candidate?
Some call them ethnic bioweapons or ethno-bombs (I have only read some articles from the wikipedia page sources) and progress in biology/genetics/personalized medicine might enable such technologies to be developed. It could be deadly only for the other population or affecting their birth rates (or maybe something else?). But you have to secretly fund a research institute/team or wait until the technology can be adapted for smaller budgets. Whites' relative wealth probably gives them an advantage here.
What are your thoughts?? I am curious mostly about the scientific perspective first, then the socio-economic. If a group did that, how would that scenario play out?? Disclaimer: I am speaking hypothetically, I am not trying to promote violence or anything illegal. Knowledge is power, I guess…

I understand that but I am mostly interested not in the punishment of the perpetrators but how will society be in the long term. How will the public's attitude on science change? How will society react to different opinions about the event (for example some will condemn it, others will applaud, others might be in a gray area???). Please elaborate guys! Coming from a quick look, this wasnt a bioweapon situation, it was about research on syphilis infection and treatment with zero professional ethics. Hundreds of blacks with syphilis were promised free care, they didnt get any (even though penicilin treatment was available) and in the end scientists' study had zero scientific value.
It is definately interesting (I will try to read more) but not related to biological warfare. Thanks anyway.

The training you need to make a genocide plague is just run of the mill molecular biology. One of the wonders of CRISPR/Cas9 is that you can target autistically specific segments of DNA.
