While you are right in that first agressors can't invoke self defense, once the agressor starts running away/fleeing from the agression he started, he regains the right to self defense. And this is generally speaking, because we never saw Kyle starting ANY agression. The first thing that we ever saw in all videos, is him jogging away from Rosenbaum, then he speeds up and starts actually running away from him. Even if he had been the first agressior -theoretically speaking-, once he started fleeing from Rosenbaum, he regained his right to self defense.

A gas station in the middle of a suburban neighborhood full of ordinary American wooden houses with innocent families inside. Antifa packed up and fled the west coast but on the way they set hundreds of forest fires creating the biggest firestorm in US history. Note that the fires stop in a clean line at the Canadian border. Never seen anything like it. Most of the fires were set off the I5. 30 or so were arrested. Oregonians set up militia roadblocks and today Biden was howling about the terrible danger of white supremacist militias in a speech to about 30 people. Then something happened; Antifa never got to Washington DC. They simply vanished.
Now what on earth could have happened to make them disappear like that? Where did they go? Why no Sept 17-Nov 3 siege? What happened?

Yes, but the judge can overturn the jury. Wisconsin 805.13(4). Illinois could also change its mind and file gun charges if Wisconsin chooses to acquit. It's also going to be nearly impossible to find a jury sympathetic to Rittenhouse in Wisconsin. His only potential saving grace is that he's a minor, which means he won't get the death penalty no matter what, but life in prison is the most likely outcome. After that, barring a gubernatorial pardon if Evers is not reelected in 2022, then there'd have to be a break out. Either way, hope Rittenhouse likes nigger dick. He'll be getting a lot of it.
