I know this is an anonymous imageboard and all, so anime is pretty popular here, but what anime exactly do you watch? I was never too big an anime nerd myself. However back in 2014 I did watch this series called Hellsing Ultimate after finding an AMV on YouTube after searching for Landser songs and thought it looked pretty rad, but I only watched the series because it had Nazi/Klan-esque elements to it. I haven't watched any anime since because I just couldn't get into it. But even then, the message of that series was more anti-Nazi than it was pro-Nazi, especially given that the Nazis/ghouls were the antagonists of the show. Also Anderson's army wasn't actually the Klan I don't think (especially since they're Catholic as the Klan was protestant), but was rather based on that weird Catholic uniform that is used in ceremonies in certain places.
I don't know. What do you actually think?

And I found a lot of pagan elements in anime like Spice and Wolf, Berserk, etc. For some reason they produce this effect in us, or used to.

Youjo senki comes to mind, it takes place in a parallel world where all german speaking people are united as a single country and how their conquest of europe might go in that scenario, though its between world war 1 and 2 so it doesn't involve nazis or any kind of idpol bullshit. I would suggest watching Overlord. I really enjoyed the 1st season, although the 2nd and 3rd are a bit weaker adaptations.
Hellsing Ultimate is good but it's pretty much mindless fun by the end. I think the creator just wanted things to be cool more than make sense.
Ghost in the Shell SAC is very good if you have the patience for it.
Monster touches on some WWII stuff, but of course it exaggerates a lot too for the sake of drama.
