We will have digital currency and social credit scores.

This is very interesting. This is exactly what the Reichmann family did in NY in the 70's and 80's during the economic collapse that took place in the aftermath of the post Vietnam War national bankruptcy and the refloating of the US economy by Reagan.
Now the Reichmans are very verrry interesting. Let me tell you their story.
Before 1930 they were poor Romanian jews, that lived off a chicken farm they owned. But they were extremely orthodox rabbis as well and so could command considerable respect.
Around the time Hitler was coming to power the matriarch of the family saw the writing on the wall and ordered the family to sell the chicken farm and move to Vienna. She had a cunning plan. In Vienna the brothers insinuated themselves with the wealthiest synagogues in the city and those synagogues were probably the wealthiest in the world. This allowed them to tap into the members lists of those synagogues; remember in Judaism you pay for your seat in a synagogue. A good synagogue can cost $100,000.00 a year for a seat. With those lists of names and addresses, when the Anschluss loomed they were able to go to each of those wealthy Viennese jews and make them a compelling offer. The Reichmans had founded a bank in Morocco; put the money there to avoid having it impounded by the evil NAZIs. This was brilliant and soon the bank was loaded with Viennese jews' money.
It's worth mentioning here that the language of the Romanian intelligentsia is French and so Morocco was a good choice for them, as was Montreal where they moved their bank as the war progressed. When the war ended most of those depositors were dead so the Reichmans found themselves holding onto a lot of unclaimed cash in Montreal. They tried using it to start a construction business but they didn't know what the fuck they were doing; they were pouring concrete foundations when the thermometer was plunging far below freezing, ruining their pours, costing them money.
They muddled along like this until the late 60's, then they went into downtown Manhattan, big time when it was dirt cheap and dying and this propelled them to the stratosphere of international wealth and fame in the era of Reagan and Thatcher when New York city boomed in the era of the high flying yuppies and international mega mergers.

You forgot to mention how much space is required for food production, e.g. farms and cattle pastures. Space needed for procuring minerals, space for factories and manufacturing, etc. You would need a lot more space than just 16 x 16 mile cube.
Also, tight close-quarters city style living breeds numerous negative psychological conditions such as homosexuality, anxiety, depression, etc.

If you give 6m of height to each living unit, then each unit could have two levels, doubling in size so 100 square meters instead of 50 and there would still be tremendous amounts of space in between each floor for everything you have mentioned.
Only plants and farm animals would have to be on the surface.
I don't know about the possible psychological implications, i do hope we can surpass rodents.
