And then there's the odd arrest of Dzhokar Tsarnaev, hiding in a boat in someone's back yard. When they arrested him they slit his vocal cords so he was unable to be interviewed or even testify verbally at his own court case.

Dzhokhar managed to slip away, but was discovered hours later bleeding in a dry-docked boat. He had used a pencil to pen a lengthy anti-American screed on the walls of the boat. ABC News previously reported on a portion of the message, but for the first time today, the public is seeing the full note, as it was stained by blood and pock-marked by bullet holes.

This is misinformation. That guy they stripped was not Tamerlan. He was a resident of Watertown MA, who was outside at the wrong time and the psychotic police made him take his cloths off at gunpoint because, apparently, bombers wear explosive diapers.
Officially, Tamerlan was killed in Florida during a bizarre meeting between himself and police official from MA and the Fed Gov.

Another strange detail from the Tsarnev Case: Tamerlan supposedly died in a big shootout with the police and then was hit by his brother trying to race away from the scene of the shootout in a car. But as I pointed out above he's got a big chemical burn around his mouth and down his neck onto his right shoulder.
This is a very similar chemical burn to the one that Tammy Lyn Homolka had after her sister supposedly poisoned her with animal tranquilizer so that Karla could let Paul Bernardo rape her. I don't know what it means or what really happened. All I know is what the photographic evidence shows us.
