You know I would have thought this implausible until I started reading about Putin's drone submarine powered by a reactor the size of a shoe box that can go to 3000 ft depth, detonate a hydrogen bomb twice the size of the Tsar bomb and kick up a 1500 foot high tsunami that could wipe out the entire east coast.
