The psychoses of Negroes are the same as those of white men.

Yes this is true. It's human nature to try to get the most out of life for the least effort.

And Spengler made a curious assertion in his magisterial Decline of the West. He said that N. Americans since the western conquest had never been able to even breed at a replacement rate let alone grow its population. He puzzled over this. In other places in his two volume work he asserted that the soil that produces a race is more important in its outcome than the actual genetic material of the original race which is sort of funny. I assume this means that if you took the most law abiding and peaceful Swedes and put them in the Mexico Valley, within 5 or 6 generations they would be fierce sun worshippers given to eating powerful hallucenogens and performing human sacrifice and ritual cannibalism. haha.

But back to replacement rates. Spengler saw that only by immigration could N. America ever maintain its population, let alone grow it's numbers. Is it something in the soil? some peculiar combination of minerals that imbue the plant life with chemicals that affect us, or is it perhaps the fact that N. Americans are naturally hedonistic to their own detriment? I don't know.
