No, you fuck. Hegel doesn't even care about art, he specifically deals only with fine art. He doesn't even think that art exists until a culture is dead, giving you an impression of what art means to him: a mode of reflection for a society, one that isn't conceptual nor necessarily understood as such in its own time.
