Isn't it impossible for someone to identify as an anti-conformist no matter what their political leanings or opinions?

It's possible if you have Anti-social Personality Disorder. Then you are a non-conformist but likely in an undesirable way for you and society.

Maybe non-conformity, at least when taken to the extreme, isn't as glamorous as it sounds.

Something where you can just work, and then go someplace and be like, here give me money now.

I'm going for mechanical engineer.

People who identify as anti-conformists are usually conformists because it then becomes a fashion statement.
