I feel like before we can argue for the existence of a god, we need to agree upon a definition.

Even the christian God is interpreted differently by different people.

I think the only definition I think we can all agree here for a god is simply the creator responsible for the universe's existence. Aside from that, it depends on the religion or belief. God is either omnibenevolent, omnimalevolent, simply apathetic, transcedent, immanent, etc. It all varies from belief to belief. The only similarity among them all is the belief that God is responsible for the creation and the existence of the universe. Even then, that could hold discrepancies when compared to certain beliefs.

This is how I feel everytime god comes up in a conversation.

I have come to the conclusion that this argument is futile. There is a god, there isn't, how the fuck are we supposed to know? How would that even change anything? I'll just find out when I die, and until then live my life how I would live it anyway.

The title makes it clear that it concerns an external creator that is 'perfect'. This basically makes the argument stupid since no theologian worth their title believes in such a god since it's incoherent nonsense.

Pantheistic, panentheistic, and just plain impersonal atheistic conceptions of God are pretty much impossible to argue against other than one disagreeing with the idea as reasonably necessary.

One could also argue that the concept of god is an ideal. That thing that will always be just beyond our reach sort of thing.

A god to me is just something I live by. Impossibility could be a god, because there are a lot of people who let it dictate their actions, also them looney cheeseheads called Packer's fans.
