I'm still a newfag. I've read through Nietzsche's main works, multiple writings from C.S. Peirce and William James, second-hand books on the three big Greek philosophers, and Ludovici, who is thus far my absolute favourite philosopher. All of his stuff is online for free. Although I have a decent introductory idea on all the major philosophers.
I'm cautious of trying to read Schopenhauer because pessimism doesn't sit well with me, especially not after reading Nietzsche.
How do I remember what I read better? When I read through a book I forget almost everything. Do I take notes or something?
