I have reported over $3 billion in financial fraud, disclosed documents to reporters directly contradicting government statements, and am now the subject of non-stop harassment. Despite trying to manage the whistle-blower retaliation independently, I am no longer able to continue publishing and have depleted my financial and physical resources. LONG VERSION:
I am a whistle-blower who has sourced, analyzed, and documented a significant number of financial and political frauds – and submitted relevant portions to law enforcement and journalists around the world. As of today, collectively these disclosures constitute the largest disclosure of financial based frauds ever reported on and have successfully lead to enforcement actions, legislative discussion, and rule changes – ultimately having an enormously positive impact on our financial markets and saving investors billions of dollars.
I have made all of these disclosures and work for years on these issues, dedicating thousands of hours for the sole purpose of stopping or limiting the negative effects of fraud. However, in doing so – I have become a victim of constant retaliation, harassment, and rumor spreading. These efforts to silence or torment me as a whistle-blower are illegal but have effectively suppressed by financial and physical stability to the point where I have no recourse, unable to afford a lawyer or even stable housing.
I am writing to you because our society needs help. Human development and the flow of information is at a impasse and the resolution of this conflict that will forever effect the development of our world. As we speak, the majority of people trust whistle-blowers and hard evidence over that of what our news outlets deliver. Simultaneously, the minority in power have taken action to silence whistle-blowers, gaslight hard evidence, and withhold the truth from our populations.
And while the opinions on these topics are often highly politicized and wretched with personal interests one must solemnly ask… “How can our society learn anything at all if we can discern fact form fiction, or even gain access to documents needed to make an education decision for improvement?” Put simply, without knowing what is going on our society progress is infinitely stalled, floundering by illogical and unsupported decisions based off false facts and narratives.
At a time when the working force of today is making less then their parents and when technological advancements are negating the inefficiencies of our world – we can not stand to allow mis-information, fake news, and false narratives be the “facts” and “reasons” that drive our decision making. I am personally committed to this and with the help of true investigative journalists will be breaking numerous financial and government fraud stories with readable and verifiable source material not just some “anonymous source”.
