I'm currently only trying to build it up; I've grabbed a good number of books from here and /tdt/, as well as torrents from a number of websites (kat, tpb, what, etc.), with subjects ranging from politics to prepping to math and science, etc.

My question is, when I release it, what medium should I use? Webhost (preferably not in the west), torrent, hidden service?

Also, general library archive thread.

Subscribe to a VPN service, preferably one with a decent privacy policy. Then upload a torrent.
