a leatherman squirt multitool with like a 2" blade on it. you really don't need anything else. i wind up using the pliers and scissors on this thing more often than the knife. multitool master race.

I have a grohman skinning knife for food processing and shit but will use axe for wood working and ive realized the best knife is a carbon puuko from that verusteekla shop for god damn 40 dollars i hammered it in the tree and can climb etc

i had a a1 fallkniven gifted and it is the exact blade, except ss

everything else is fucking semantics

might take 5 mins more to sharpen i d k

iive been trying to find a finish axe, the thicker headed ones with the front guard and cant use ebay here

Cheap £15 Whitby rescue knife is my edc knife mainly used at work but accompanies me everywhere. I keep a mora companion HD in my backpack but it pretty much stays there as the Whitby is closer/easier to access.

I pretty much only use a custom I got made about a year back. It's a 16 year old kid from NY who forges some really nice stuff. Knife is basically a copy of the woodlore knife, only not kike priced and wait listed. Linen micarta handle and hand forged laminated blade of O1 tool steel and 1060 carbon. Got it made custom for $120.
