To be honest. Nofap really is only advantageous for a few weeks, then your body normalizes down your boosted testosterone and you're pretty much normal.
If you really want strong testosterone boosts to give you mate seeking energy, then nofap for like 1-2 week periods, then jerk it as naturally as possible without edging, a toasty fleshlight or something, then start another 1-2 week period.
