I'll start:

The correct way to keep your counter IS NOT the streak, forget about the streak, it will only make things worse in the long run

Illustrated:

Streak style counting: You nofap for x days and then relapse, since you glorified the x number and now that number is 0 you might start relapsing again and again because you'll start thinking that there's nothing to lose and you can start your streak later. Remember, the health benefit isn't calculated in streaks

Correct counting: After relapsing you don't wipe off the x number, you simply add a second number, so it would be the amount of days/amount of relapses, your number would now be x/1, you will not see a reason to relapse again because now you'll make your number twice as worse. This simple change in the way you keep track of things WILL help you to not have consecutive relapses, which are the most harmful types. In fact the less the window between the relapses the worse are the effects on health, and if the difference is less than a day then it becomes really bad.

Forget about the calendar for the same reason, it's just a way to delay your actions to the next monday/month/year, if you want to start then you're starting right now

Also everyone has probably heard of the test boost effects on every seventh day, I've personally never got those drastic boosts but because of my false expectations I relapsed after day 7 the first time I reached it. Just forget about the 7 day crap, it might be true for someone but for others like me the effects are going upwards very smoothly. Amateur nofappers after hearing about it will just wait till day 7+1 and quit if the effects aren't crazy as the internet images promised, I'm pretty sure this happened to a lot of people, my advice is to just keep going on as much as you can which will be achieved only by not expecting some kind of magic during a milestone

Don't measure your penis length, when you do it you try to make it as hard as possible and keep it that way for a few seconds, this might potentially lead to a relapse, possibly a porn relapse too since you'll think that it'll help you to keep the penis hard

In general it's really easy to relapse if you've build up a lot of semen, be really careful with your penis, you might do things that might cause a relapse on an accident, things like ejaculating while washing your penis feel unnatural for you but they might become the reality, so be careful. For uncuts: don't stretch the foreskin forward, doing so has a stronger effect than masturbation and you might cum from it, I did relapse this way and was really shocked since I didn't want nor expected to relapse at all, don't repeat my mistake. Don't stretch the foreskin forward ever, even to wash the penis or correct the foreskin, move it gently so that it isn't stretched.

Picrelated, don't think about how good it is to recieve pleasure when masturbating, think about how good it is to be healthy instead and how once you orgasm everything is gone, while the health benefits are always going to be with you. You need to stop thinking about how good the thing you're craving for is, focus on how bad it is instead and you'll be happy instead of stressed during your journey.

If you happen to start viewing porn then at least keep your hand distant from your pants, literally, even though porn is really bad on its own it's really easy to avoid touching your penis and hence avoid ejaculating while watching it, again, the trick is simple, just keep your hands at a distance, you don't even need to touch it before the worst part becomes inevitable, once your hands are near your pants your stupid brain will do the rest for you.

To answer your question: you are going to cum in a larger amount than usually, there's nothing more to it and you shouldn't relapse just to make sure that this is the case, that's a dumb reason to relapse and you're going to regret it more than during a regular relapse.

"My balls/penis e.t.c. hurts, I need to cum and see if nofap was the reason" - the pain is probably unrelated to nofap, you might've encountered the same things before but gave no attention to it, if you're concerned then sit down and read about the possible causes of it and relapse only if your specific problem is related to abstinence, In fact I doubt the existence of such problems but there might be something superspecific. Overall you'll just think to yourself on how retarded you are after you relapse and the pain/whatever naturally doesn't go away.

Similarly don't think about the porn you've never seen before, you might get urges to see porn genres that you've never thought of before just from pure interest, or to see an update from a star/artist you used to follow. People usually pair nofap with a healthier diet, exercise or other things, this might cause the opposite of a placebo effect where the effects of nofap would be real but you would not notice them since you'll convince yourself that none of these benefits are because of nofap and the diet/exercise is in charge of the good things, the advice here is simple, don't fool you.

This one's simple but I need to point it out since our brains are designed to analyze something before forgetting it. When you start thinking about porn then stop thinking about it immediately, keyword, immediately, most of us do the mistake of analyzing the porn and breaking down the separate parts of it before forgetting about it. This is unneccessary, if it's porn then there's no reason to remember it, there is no way something important would be there, if it's porn then memories about it are good to throw out of your brain instantly.

This, I wrote on a piece of paper a list of those along with self-encouragements and it's working well when you get into retard mode. I also mark which day I'm on on that piece of paper, and a list of things to do if I become too horny and on the verge relapsing. (In that order, if the former didn't work: Taking a piss, using my stress ball, taking a cold shower, medidating, going for a run/working out)

Having K9 on the computer also helps a bunch, having porn three cliks away becomes having to go wherever you keep your password hidden in the house. I also like to have my password set up as "dontfapyoucunt" or something like that, just in case.
