How are my fellow NoFappers with hygiene?
In an effort to attract a female mate, I have increased my frequency of showers from once per two weeks to once per week.
I have started to use q-tips to clean out my earwax and have also started to use deoderant.
Also at the suggestion of my mum, I have ceased throwing used toilet paper into the rubbish bin and instead flush it down the toilet.

How old are you? The last time i only showered once a week was around age 13-15 (like I can remember something like that)
For some time I only showered once every 2 days, because i read that daily showers where Not healthy. This resulted in me not being very popular for a few years (age 19-21 maybe?)
Now I shower daily if I intend to leave the house, if not then I do it every 2-3 days. (Basically home stay vacations, weekend or written sick)
And I tell you women are very sensitive to smell, if they really like you they are willing to tolerate it, but eill not date you. I realised that from my own experiences.

Don't do this, you are only pushing your earwax further inside your ears. Get one of pic related and clean it with water instead, only needs to be done once a month or so (earwax is needed to protect the ear canal and middle ear)

Shower two times a day, brush teeth three times a day, wash face whenever there's a sink.
Hyper hypochondriac, I always close lid to toilet seat, always sit to pee, wear sandals when in the bathroom.
If anything touched the ground outside of my house, I will wipe the bottom of it and make sure it never touches my bed, desk, or clothes.
