There's so much ease in fulfilling lustful fantasies and fapping these days, and so much of a sedentary lifestyle causing men these days to have idle hands, that there can often be no escape with "avoiding" temptation.
I believe that flooding the system with healthy ridicule can counteract this.

I love it, both the original and the edits and spin offs.
The edits are usually funny and the original has been sort of effective in spreading nofap, though just as with nofap November, I feel like the message has been deluded or passed over most people's head.
