I wanted to make this thread in other to tell you my nofap personal experience and maybe help out to people here.About maybe 2 years ago I was on nofap for whole year.Yes,you heard good, for 1 whole year.The thing that most helped me and that was in my head whenever I wanted to fap is Christianity. Whenever I wanted to fap,I remembered that faping is sin and that I'm committing a crime against myself and that I'm decreasing my honour in a front of God.Than,after 1 year I failed,very stupidly.And since that fail I didn't have longer breaks.I'm starting my nofap adventure again,I'll have to buff my strength in God in order to do that.I think I'm gonna make it, wish you all luck my friends, and may God bless you.
