It happens; you're only human. The important thing is you get right back on that horse, and don't let yourself binge.

It happens and you'll eventually learn how to kick it for good. Learn from every relapse, what happened in your thought processes etc, and be prepared for the urges to strike anytime.

If you're religious - read the book of Romans in the bible. Its all in there. If you're not, pick up a book on how to fight OCD as that's exactly how you also fight sexual urges. Or any book on how to win over bad habbits - they all focus on the same points. Educate yourself everyday or meditate, this will make you mentally stronger.

Keep at it, don't get discouraged. Try to piece by piece address the stresses in your life and your cognitive dissonance. Self actualize, anon, it is the destiny for all who would consider themselves truly human.

Same here, used to do nofap and would make it around 2-3 weeks a time, felt great, but that was years ago. Really trying to get back into it, but failed today after 3 days. No porn involved though so I'll at least take that as a small victory.

As always, keep on it, blah blah blah, distract yourself when the urge is there.
