Well boys, here we go. 25 years old and I've been wasting myself on porn since I was 15. No more. I am currently wrapping up day 5. Each new day begins at 12am EST. The longest I have ever gone was 11 days in an older attempt. Now I'm serious about it. The fun part? I'm ending this at the same time I begin the process of cutting ties with my gril. We had dated for 2 years, then split up and did our own thing. Now we're considering getting back. We've both dated others in our time apart, but she confessed she had a one-night stand during that time. Maybe I'm autistic but I can't abide by that kind of behavior. It's one thing when you're in committed relationship, but 'muh cummies' is fucking pathetic. So anyways, I'll be without a gril. I have the power to call up an old girl who always wants the dick but I refuse to be a degenerate who fucks his emotions to get some base relief.

Enough about that bullshit you probably don't care about. I'm currently feeling the fantastic nofap side effects such as anxiety, loss of appetite, and insomnia. I guarantee this is all exacerbated by my thoughts on my relationship. Feel free to join me and post your own status, struggles. I'm going to keep myself busy and swim some laps.

Getting close enough to midnight to declare day 7 complete. Looking forward to the next week. It gives me the opportunity to overcome my previous record. If I hit 30 to 90 days I will feel absolutely demi-god tier. I've felt dumb temptations in the past few days but I've shrugged them off. Hope you're doing well, boys.

It's pretty difficult today. The urge is strong enough thst it's all I can think about. It's getting in the way of my job applications. I may hop in my truck to clear my head, but the storm is terrible outside. I'm actually considering making a tinder account just to have some of the opposite sex to spend time with. Something needs to be done to get me through this stage of the addiction recovery. What's challeging about breaking this addiction is that you can't seek support from friends and family like you can when you quit smoking. It's too personal.
