Numerous companies such as multibillion dollar game developer Valve, and BCI software startup Neurable have already been for the last few years starting to look at ways brain computer interfaces can be commercialized and developed for use in gaming. Once speaking with IGN, Valve cofounder and president Gabe Newell was quoted as saying “We’re way closer to ‘The Matrix’ than people realize,”… “It’s going to have a huge impact on the kinds of experiences we can create for people.” He said in reference to the ways in which brain computer interfaces could potentially be used to enhance player interactions with games possibly to a point of near total immersion.

Not using any of that shit. DVD box sets and digital media collections on external backup drives are all I need for my own personal entertainment (all of which is not dependent on having the internet connected).

Something you do not realize (as almost no one is being warned about): all this VR headset crap and digital 'Google goggles' or whatever they are coming out with, that has constant WiFi and is not only being used for personal data collection (legal surveillance under their own TOS if you read it), but also undermines the privacy you have with your own family too. Worse: all this modern tech is going to vastly increase brain tumors and retinal damage in users. The amount of radiation from the BT/wifi frequency is very harmful if you have it strapped against your head. Do not expect the government to tell anyone about that, they do not mind this massive surveillance state and the money they make from investing in their special interests like Big Tech.

Seriously, you have to be a naive fool to trust this invasive crap and in the end, you are going to be paying for it with your health, not only your wallet, a lot earlier before retirement age.
