It's a pretty great trilogy overall, but Add Violence is the weakest of them all in my opinion. Bad Witch is definitely the best.

Well NIN hasn't always been exclusively Reznor. He's done a lot of collabs with artists like David Bowie, Aphex Twin and Marilyn Manson.

Ross has also been a creative force on the project for around twenty years.

I honestly think that between the three albums there's some of their best and some of their most questionable work. Background World, Less Than, She's Gone Away and pretty much the entirety of bad witch are all straight up bangers, but then there's a football themed song or something and into the arms of the lovers.

Not that anon, but to me it sounded too much like with teeth for every other track.

I do like that it had a double meaning though, it had the surface level "orange man bad" type shit, but if you read a little bit further between the lines it's jabbing hard at the people who were begging NiN to do something like this all that time.

In your opinion, which era of NIN is the best? I like The Fragile-era NIN the most.
