Just your run-of-the-mill bouncy catchy pop single, nothing really special about it. Not a great song but not a bad song either, classic Paul in other words. I just want to talk about how the dude is still recording music that's making charts. I think at this point it has jack shit to do with money, he's already one of the most successful musicians in history. I also wanted to say this song would probably be completely unlistenable trash if Paul wasn't the one singing it, the dude genuinely likes making pop songs, its in his DNA and he fucking knows how to deliver it.
Chuck Berry also had a single recorded right before he died at 90 last year "Big Boys" and its also a solid song given the dudes age. What other singles or noteworthy songs are still being made by artists well past their prime and still getting mainstream attention?
