Some people are offended by the ice cream truck song and say the melody is based on "Nigger love a watermelon" from 1916 performed by Harry C. Browne.

"Nigger love a watermelon" however is based on (in modern terms a parody of) "Turkey in the straw" which dates back to the early 19th century and is not a racist song. So now you know the story why people who get offended by the ice cream truck song are morons looking for something to be upset about.
