Eurodance was not an artist/album genre like Rock. Acts would usually drop a single, if that was successful, they would drop another and if that sold well, they would rerelease them on an album together with 10 other filler tracks nobody listened to.

Also, Eurodance was actually mostly shit and what we consider "Eurobeat" today, would have not passed as dance back then, as it was too rock/pop laden.

To be honest, Italobeat would be a more appropriate name for the genre when you consider that it's made mostly in Italy and the fact that it's an offshoot of Italo-Disco mixed with Ni-NRG.
