Sounds like panic attacks. Stressful work environment would contribute to the frequency of such episodes, but there's probably more to it. Probably have some repressed emotions. Could also be influenced by exposure to microwave radiation, especially if you happen to live in a city. I suggest you start taking phenibut to try and get the episodes under control and then work on more permanent solutions that will take more time to work such as deep breathing techniques, meditation, and dream analysis in addition to the usual therapy. There are supplements and recommendations in the regenerative medicine thread that may help with the physiological causes of stress. The fish oil and magnesium should be particularly useful. Be sure and get some sunlight while you're at it. Phenibut is safer than xanax but still has some risks. Only use it when you feel you really need it and never take more than 700mg at once or more than 1200mg a day. Try starting around 300mg and going up in increments if you need more. https://corpina.com/positive-negative-side-effects-phenibut/

Old post but interesting. Also not a real fast response:

You need to work out. Strength training, animal movements (for joints and fascia), progressive gymnast movements (planche, L/V-sit, etc. — go check out Overcoming Gravity on gen.lib.rus.ec) and sprinting (10 secs with 15 min rests is best. Trust me, scientifically backed). Google dynamic isometrics as well, figure out the general principle (very simple) and do them when you're stressed at all; helps a shit ton and is just a healthy expression of power.

What you're going through just seems like an inward directed manifestation of power. Completely normal as long as you understand that.
