If you're asking whether or not you should seek a good therapist then the answer is Yes, 100% of the time.
I don't know you personally nor do I really know what your problems are, but if there's one thing I can guarantee you it's that you are NOT helpless, not completely.
if you find a good therapist things will start to improve and your Self will begin to better develop, slowly at first but the more you put at it the faster inprovments can become.
