It's almost like it was back before Adult Swim but except now, he's fat and seems to have dropped some IQ points because of his fatness, he also puts his shit behind a paywall and doesn't put out content as often as he did. MDE was always hit and miss with intermittent releases, some months were more high energy than others, some months were low energy with less content released. Fuck the paywall, he should've carried on begging for donations and pateron bux while releasing free content, especially during post-adult swim, but that's when he cooled down on any content and started to paywall, his meme popularity quadtripled (and went downhill quickly) and he didn't take advantage of donation begging, let's face it, not many people want to chip in for content you need to pay for, people are more willing to donate if the content is free and if they like it, if I like the content you can request donations to your hearts content and I'd probably chip in, you could even post the non-content ramblings you post as a Pateron exclusive while making the main content with the most pull, free.
